My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, near many shopping centers and stores, making it convenient. However, the strong smell of chemicals was off-putting. The rooms were at the very end of the hall, and unfortunately, mine was dirty and lacked essential toiletries. The dining experience had its hiccups, with some dish mix-ups and a shortage of staff. However, the service was professional and polite, despite some lapses.
